V4s Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the v4s platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before using our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the v4s platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
V4s reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing content on v4s.
Account Creation & Security
To make full use of v4s services, users are required to register and create a personal account. By registering, you agree to:
- Providing information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.
- Keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
- Taking full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notifying v4s immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
V4s shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account secure. Users must be at least 18 years of age to register an account.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
V4s reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if the user breaches any of these terms, engages in fraud, provides false information, or exhibits behaviour that is harmful to the platform or other users. Closed accounts are not eligible for reinstatement except following review and approval by v4s management.
Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules
Users agree to use the v4s platform responsibly and only for lawful purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for illegal activities or fraud.
- Attempting to hack, gain unauthorised access to, or interfere with the platform's functionality.
- Using bots, automated software, or unfair methods to manipulate games or bets.
- Spreading false information or defaming other users.
- Abusing promotional features or bonuses through unauthorised methods.
V4s reserves the right to take legal action against any individual who violates these rules. Users are solely responsible for any content they post or activities they carry out on the platform.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the v4s platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
V4s accepts a variety of local payment methods including bank transfers, Boost, GrabPay, and other digital payment options. Processing times for deposits and withdrawals vary depending on the chosen method.
- Deposits are typically processed instantly to within 30 minutes.
- Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days depending on the chosen method.
- Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policy.
V4s is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers. Any confirmed transaction cannot be reversed except under circumstances specified by v4s.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
V4s shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss beyond our reasonable control. v4s's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount actually paid by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the v4s platform — including logos, text, graphics, interfaces, source code, and multimedia materials — is the exclusive property of v4s and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use this content without prior written consent from v4s.
Third-Party Links
The v4s platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes. v4s is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access such links at their own risk.
Governing Law & Contact Us
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate legal process in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
